This patient is 42 years old. The patient's height is 5'5''. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 358lbs. After consultation, the decision was made to perform bariatic body contouring of the Medial Thigh. The resected specimen weight was 2000 gm. Additionally, liposuction was performed during the procedure. A single contouring surgery was performed. After the procedure, the patient weighed 208lbs. The patient kept the weight off for at least 2 years. After photos for this patient were taken 6 weeks postoperatively.
